Dr Emmanuel Umoh was a member of the intelligentsia, a community activist, compendium of wisdom, and the epitome of class and grace. He was indefatigable, magnanimous with a special penchant for helping the marginalized. We were totally flabbergasted by the news of his demise and still in a state of bewilderment.
